After School and Summer Reading Programs

One of the very successful facets of the New Waverly Public Library is the reading program. These well attended children's series are offered in the summer as well as after school. In addition to familiarizing the children with library availabilities, crafts, story reading, presentations by persons of various occupations and other interesting events are offered.

Shown below is the flyer for the 2005 program, which was held every Thursday from 2:00 to 3:30, June 9th to July 14th.
